For an additional fee I can provide comprehensive video training to help you learn to use your own website.
If you’d prefer, I can maintain your website for a monthly fee.
For a small additional fee I can include WP101 training videos in your WordPress dashboard. Those WP101 videos give you a comprehensive training in WordPress. But I want you to get started using your website as quickly and easily as possible, so I made these extra videos (below) to help you get started fast. I hope you find them useful.

Updating your own website.
Most competent computer users can update and maintain their own website. You don’t need any programming or coding skills. But, just like when you first learned to use a word processor, or photo editing application, you must learn how the software works.
This is not rocket science.
WordPress website software is a content management system, or CMS. It helps you edit existing web pages and blog posts, and helps you add new pages and posts to your website.
You don’t need to read a long, boring book. I provide two types of training videos.
For an additional fee I can include professionally made videos from a company called WP101. The WP101 videos teach you WordPress, which is the software your website is built from.
I’ve also made some video tutorials that are specific to the theme I build my basic web sites from. I use a default WordPress theme and a plugin called Twentig. This combination looks professional and is easy to use.
The videos cover editing existing blog posts and web pages, adding new posts and pages, and all the other day to day tasks you’ll want to do as a website owner.
The WP101 videos cover WordPress, SEO, and contact forms. I’ve also made some videos specifically about the theme and plugin I used to build your website. So, you have all the information you need to maintain your small service business website.
The WP101 videos are not free, but they’re an affordable way to get started using WordPress.
