Change site title and description (tagline) and Favicon
Go to…
Appearance → Customize → Site Identity and change the text for the site title and description or tagline. The description is not displayed in every theme but it’s always putting the text in anyway.
Click the button to upload your Site Icon or favicon. The image should be 512 x 512 pixels. This image will be used automatically by WordPress as and when it’s needed as a web browser Favicon or as a mobile phone icon.
